This page sets out the rules that govern your use of ZunaBet. It explains our relationship with users, what we expect from account holders, and how we handle deposits, withdrawals, promotions and disputes. By using the site you agree to these terms and any separate rules that apply to specific products or promotions.

Account responsibilities

When you register an account you must provide accurate personal information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. We allow only one active account per person. Sharing accounts, facilitating access by others, or using another person’s payment methods is not permitted. Use of VPNs or proxies to mask location may lead to account restrictions.

Eligibility and verification

Accounts are limited to users who meet the minimum legal age for gambling in their jurisdiction or 18 years of age, whichever is higher. We may require identity, address and payment verification at any time and before processing withdrawals. Until verification is complete we may limit account functions, withhold withdrawals or close accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

Acceptable platform use

You must not use the platform for any illegal purpose, fraud, money laundering or to abuse bonuses and promotions. Collusion, bot use, chargeback abuse and manipulation of games or markets are prohibited. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and to void bets or transactions that breach these terms.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions and bonuses are subject to their own specific terms in addition to these general rules. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits and any time limits will be set out in each offer. Sports bets may be excluded while certain bonuses are active. Bonus abuse, duplicate accounts or restricted-jurisdiction play may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings.

Deposits and withdrawals

Minimum deposits start at $10. Minimum withdrawals start at $30. Withdrawals are generally returned to the original payment method where possible. For cashouts we apply a weekly limit of $5,000 and a monthly limit of $20,000. We support a range of fiat and cryptocurrency options; availability and limits depend on the method you choose. Processing times vary by method and may be delayed pending identity checks. Fees may apply depending on the payment provider.

If the matter cannot be resolved through our support channels we will provide information on any further review options available. Using the site does not waive any statutory rights you may have.

Licence and compliance

ZunaBet operates under licence ALSI-202510047-FI2 issued by Anjouan Gaming. Holding a licence requires us to follow certain regulatory and responsible-gambling practices. Licensing does not override local laws where gambling is prohibited and access may be restricted to residents of certain jurisdictions.
